what are the criteria of normal period

1. it is regular at the same day of every month differ by 3 days before or after the known dat
2. the days of your period between  a 4 days and 6days and in most women it is fixed by the day you get it but there is no harm if it is changes
3. the normal amount of blood lost per period range between 10 ml and 35 ml
4. pain before or during the first days of the period controlled with analgesia as ibuprufin and paracetamol

any thing above or below these standards consider abnormal
