Assalam u alaikum doc actualy i hav a dics problem in my back thats why i faced much ptoblem these day walk for a while or stand then feel pain

if this disc herniate , thus it compresses the peripheral sensory nerve , thus causing severe lower back pain radiated to the legs
this disc also may compresses the spinal cord and causes neurological problems
diagnosis
1. By taking a full medical history
2. Doing clinical examination
3. doing MRT
treatment
treatment depends on the degree of the budge
in most cases, medical treatment and physiotherapy is enough to treat the patient
but in severe cases associated with neurological symptoms or not improved on the physical or medical therapy,,, the surgery is indicated
