Regarding your question

our advise :

• your child has non specific abdominal pain .
• it is mild abdominal pain that disturb your child  sleep .
• it will disappear  spontanously .
• you have to warm your child 
• give him warm fluid .

some investigation are needed :

• abdominal ultrasound 
• it can rule out organic abdominal pain .
• problems like mesenteric lymphadenitis and appendicitis can be ruled out .
• urine analysis to rule out UTI .

Causes of abdominal pain :

• mesenteric lymphadenitis 
• appendicitis 
• UTI 
• GERD
