I have been done multi insicional harnia and abdminoplasty since July 29. Until now i am having swelling in my tummy , nummness ,itchingand pain at the insicion site it is normal when i will have full recovery

- hernioplasty with mesh insrtion for support and prevent recurrence
- treat chronic constipation and chronic cough
- restrect to doctor order by dont do heavy excersices and carry heavy weights
what are the causes of recurrence
- abdominal strainning as in chronic cough
