1.try to hygine your voice by resting it and drink hot fluied 
2.try to avoid caffeine
3.try to aviod smoking or alcohlic 
4.good hydration and  humdity
5.progress in your previous drugs such as use ventolin inhalor 
6.local and systemic CTS such as avyms spray or budesonide 
7.pulmicort inhalor 
8.sinecod syr for cough
9.antihistaminc as zyrtic
10. endotracheal tube ot tracheostomy in complete obilitration 
11.surbery for mass lesion or stenosis bt tracheoplasty and catilage removal

1.tracheoscopy and bronchoscopy with biobsy 
2.neck ultrasoud
