what are the causes of penile foreskin redunduncy
- uncercumsiced penis
- prepuce (forskin of the penis) skin congestion called phymosis or paraphymosis which is a top emergency
- previou scar at prepuce
what are the treatment of this situation
- circumcision
- surgical release of the phymosis or paraphymosis and if any scar present especially with the previous history of the stich

frenulum breve is fibrotic band between the glans of penis and the shaft
the only way to treat it is by surgerغ
either by a stich surrounding the frenulum that will eventually weaken and fall
or by streching excersice and local steroid cream
or frenuloctomy and circumsicion
it cost range between 40 dollars to150 dollars
