what is the treatment of stomach pain

1. conservative management that reduce the symptoms
2. recover the lost fluid is the most important step in the treatment
3. for stomach pain take the anticolic medication as spasmopan and riabal
4. for vomiting and nausea take metoclopromide
5. in case of bloody diarrhea antibiotic is need and the drug of choice is metronidazol 500 mg*3
6. in sever pain and pancreatitis confirmed , admission to hospital and fluid replinishment is mandatory
7. if the character of pain goes with peptic ulcer , and H.pylori infection is cofirmed you should start on triple therapy against H. pylori (omeprazol 40 mg * 1 , calrithromycin 500 mg*2 and metronidazol 500 mg*3) for 14 days
8. surgery in case of bowel rupture and spillage of gastric content outside the bowel (charecterized by sever pain aggravated by movement)
