I have been having recurrent thrush since the beginning of my pregnancy. I am 6months pregnant and prior to conceiving I've also had bouts of thrush. Please what should I take to completely get rid of these Candida albicans?

Treatment of vaginal candida infection:
You can use the following treatment:- Dektazole suppository once daily before sleep for 3 days
- Miconazole cream twice daily
- Avoid using soap in personal hygiene
- Drink good amount of water daily
- Avoid salts
Causes of vaginal candida infection:
Pregnancy itself is a risk factor for such infection due to hormonal changes that occur during pregnancy.And sexual intercourse is another risk factor.
Symptoms of vaginal candida infection:
- White vaginal discharge
- Itching
- Bad odur
- Burning
- Lower abdominal pain
- Low back pain
