my baby is 9 months old he have a dry cough he took already his medicine for 3 days now but there is no changes he keep on coughing every night what should i do?

How to treat cough in your child?
In case of bronchiolitis he can benifit from ventolin , saline solution inhalation and dexamethasone injection with a dose of 0.16 mg / kg of child weight
Or prednisolon syrup with a dose of 1 cm per 5 kg of child weight
Antibiotic in the case of bacterial infection such as Augmentin syrup at a dose of 50 mg per kg of child weight 3 times daily for 5 days
paracetamol syrup at dose of 15mg per kg of child weight for fever 3-4 times daily
Cover and warm the baby well because air currents can cause him an increase in coughing
Natural thyme extract in the form of syrup or drops in the mouth
What causes coughing in children?
viral bronchiolitis
Nasal fluid sliding from nose to throat,
Asthma or allergies
air pollution
The presence of smokers near the child
chest infection
Upper respiratory tract infection
