Whay is the flu ?
flu or common cold is an viral infection affects the upper respiratory tract
its a highly contagious infection which can be transmitted through the cough , or breathing
symptoms
low grade fever
dry cough
joints pain
shivers
fatigue
diagnosis
it can be diagnosed by taking a full medical history and examining the chest
treatment
the flu is self remitted disease
this means that its improved within 3-5 days
we can treat the symptoms by
1.drinking warm things
2. taking paracetamol 500mg or ibuprofen 400mg three times dialy
