you medical condition is more likely to be hypersensitivty and both cases can be treated easily , but you may need stronger steroidal topical mediction or maybe your treatment would be changed to oral steroids , so :
1. first try to use a better or stronger topical steroidal medication
2. if you medical condition presisit or new symptoms appeared , you better consult your doctor ( dermatology )
