taking full medical history of the patient
CBC test
H.pylori stool antigen test
gastroscopy
how to treat pain in the stomach
cut off all the previously mentioned risk factors and use the following prescription for 14 days then if no improvement you should visit a gastroenterologist for further evaluation
Pantovir 40mg twice daily for 14 days
Metronidazole 500mg three times daily 14 days
Clarithromycin 500mg three times daily for 14 days
If one of the following occurs , you should go to the hospital immediately
vomiting blood
bloody stool
severe abdominal pain
