How to treat breathing problems and disturbance between stomach and chest?

1.avoid strong irritant
2.try to drink hot fluied 
3.omperazole 40 mg once daily if there is acid reflux as previous history for ulcer can cause it
4.nadine 150 mg for above mentioned cause
5.ventolin inhalor for difficulat breathing
6.antibiotics as zomax 500 for respiratory infection 

What investigation to do?

1.barium swallow to rule out reflux or aspiration
2.chest x ray
3.endoscopy with myometer
4.CBC
