Hii my wife is a patient of CKD 5th stage .. from last 24 hours he BP is very high .. since today morning she has taken 5 pills of Moxovas .3 (moxonidine Tab) .. still the BP is not in control .. it is constant 200/120 from last five hours .. but she is not feeling ill .. she is doing her regular works normally.
Doctor's Assistant: Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
Morning Medicin - Moxovas .3 , Metpure XL 50 mg (metoprolol Succinate) , Asomax .5 ( Amlodipine Tab) , After noon - Moxovas.3 or .6 ( based on BP)Night - Moxovas .3 to .9 based on BPFrom last two days she is taking Moxovas .9 in the night but still the BP is very high ...

her elevated blood pressure is due to her renal disease
now from your history there is no diuretics with her medications 
which as renal failure patient with hypertension should be initiated along with those drugs
because the renal patient is filled with fluid and we should help him to get rid of it by diuretics 
and dialysis
and also tocontrol the CKD

What is the treatment of  chronic kidney disease

1. Treatment of the first cause, if the cause of diabetes is to control the levels of sugar , if the pressure was as well, and if the immune disease is treated with cortisone and immunosuppressants bio

2. Renormalise the concentration of salts of blood to normal levels and blood pressure by diuretics and antihypertensive drugs

3. Give calcium and vitamin D.

4. Give Erythropoietin and compensate for anemia

5. Peritoneal dialysis or through blood in the final stages

 

What causes chronic kidney disease

1. Acute hemorrhage

2. Low blood pressure or chronic high blood pressure

3. Nephrotic kidney disease and Nephrotic syndrome due to glomerular disease
