Hi, I have very dull & dry skin. My age 24 but have wrinkles in my hands legs also my skin dark. I need a solution for white, bright and glow wrinkles right skin.

Regarding your question
What are the tips for getting fresh and white skin
it is better to follow these instructions
Drink large amounts of water
Proper nutrition and intake of foods containing vitamins
Do not get sun in the afternoon
Stay away from the dry atmosphere
Use oils such as coconut oil or sesame for skin massage
Do not use chemical preparations used to whiten the skin as it contains ammonia and some harmful dyes that harm the skin in the long run
Use moisturizing ointments
in case you wanted to use whitening cream u can use hydroquinon cream but you should avoid the sun exposure
you should not use hydroquinon if you are allergic to sulfate
don't apply hydroquinon near the eyes , or near the prickly heat or after shaving
