I have urinary tract infection.. tried home...
I have urinary tract infection.. tried home remedied such as lots of water and cranberry juice for two days.. but still I have discomfort. Can I start augmentine antibiotics?

I used to get once in a year if my water intake is less. I still didn’t consult a doctor

What is urinary tract infection?
urinary tract infection is an infection caused mainly by bacteria and affects the lower urinary tract
symptoms of urinary tract infection :
1. fever
2. difficulty in urination
3. increase the frequency of urination
4. blood per urine
5 . nausea and vomitting
treatment of urinary tract infection
1. drinking water 2-3 l daily
2.avoid salts
3. take cefurixime 500mg twice daily for 10 days
i advise you to do urine analysis and culture
