My eye I can't see well when I close one eye of the right side the another one on left side it see darkness

According to your description, such complain may be due to:- Cataract
- Glaucoma
- Dry eye
- Eye infection
- Macular degeneration
- Vascular problem
- Brain problem...etc
Diagnosis of the cause:
You have to visit an ophthalmologist for clinical examination and investigations as:- Eye Examination
- CBC
- Brain radiological studies
- TSH
- Free T4...etc
