My 1year and 3 month baby is having100.8 f temperature.what should i do

What are the normal temeratures for the 15 month baby?
A normal temperature in babies and children is about 36.4C (97.5F), but this can vary slightly. A fever is usually considered to be a temperature of 38C (100.4F) or above
What are the signs of hyperthermia?
1.Vasodilatation.
2.Increased metabolic rate.
3.Increased fluid loss/dehydration.
4.Poor feeding.
5.Nausea and Vomiting.
6.Headaches.
7.Decreased Blood Pressure.
8.Fainting/dizziness.
What do we recommend?
His temerature isnt that high it is just .4 over the normalso it is not worrying but it is still abit high we advise to put some cold towels and decrease his clothing quantity and if you are worried and his temperature kept rising then he should be taken to ER imediately
