I recommend using gynodaktazole vaginal ovules once daily for 3 days.
take metronidazole 500mg twice daily for 5 days
take fluconazole150mg once and repeat it after a week
It is recommended to perform a urine analysis and in the case of an antibiotic use antibiotic such as rizacef400mg once daily for a week
Maintain the cleanliness and dryness of the sensitive area
Keep away from moisture

Clinical examination
Make an ultrasound image of the uterus and ovaries
