Causes of delay period:
There are many possible causes of delayed period as:- Pregnancy, which is the first thing that must be ruled out
- Poor nutrition and bad diet habit

Diagnosis of the cause of delayed period:
You have to visit a gynacologist for clinical examination and investigations as:- CBC
- Pregnancy test
- FSH
- LH
- TSH
- Free T4
- Prolactin
- Abdominal and pelvis US
- Progesteron...etc
Treatment of delayed period:
It depends on the cause, and till the right diagnosis you should not take any medication.And you have to improve your nutrition.
