according to ultrasound finding you might have an implighted ovum (empty fetal sac)

How does implighted ovum

 abnormal sperm with abnormal chromosomes or is distorted
This egg is fertilized and produces a uterine sac that does not contain the fetus

what are the signs of empty fetal sac

1. positive HCG in the serum (but not as high as the normal pregnancy is!!)
2. positive utine HCG
3. uterine sac with fetal heart

how we manage it

1. stop the pregnancy after confirming the absence of fetal heart
2. give misoprostol suppository
3. dilate the cervix and curet the sac
