Causes of shivering:
There are many different possible causes of such complain as:- Respiratory infection
- Gastroentestinal infection
- Urine tract infection
- Cholycystitis
- Skin infection
- Hypoglycemia or DKA
- Liver or renal problem...etc
Diagnosis of the cause of shivering:
You must visit your doctor for clinical examination and investigations as:- CBC
- Urea
- Creatinine
- K
- Na
- ALT
- AST
- Amylase
- Chest x-ray
- Urine analyis
- Stool analysis ...etc
Treatment of shivering:
It depends on the cause, so you must visit your doctor for the right diagnosis.And till visiting your doctor, you can give her paracetamol 500 mg three times daily.
