1. consult a GYN doctor to do the needed medical examnations and determine the treatment pathways 
2. pay attention to your food and life style and have healthy food 
3.loss weight if you are over weight
4. usually doctors will prescribe medications such as hormonal therapy drugs or OCP such as duphaston
5. the first line treatment is by medications , and later on if the cyst didnt disspear or the cyst size is bigger than 5 cm , then you may need surgury
