High fiber diet include vegetables and fruit
Eat fewer food that contain low fibers as meat product or fast food
Drink water as much as you can
Stay active
Try to manage your stress
Use over the counter painkillers as paracetmol or ibuprofen
Use antibiotics as ciprofloxacin or levofloxacin
Treat kidney and ureter stone
Use muscle relaxant as relaxone
Use topical painkillers as voltaren gel
Treat constipation
