I delivered a baby through c section 75 days ago i had postpartum complications i took medicine for hypertension and anti inflamatory for pain i still.take profenid till now my question is why i still havent got my period back though sometimes i see some spotting red or black and i am not having sex so im not pregnant

اقصد انك ما زلتي في مرحلة النفاس التي يمكن ان تمتد لاكثر من شهرين عند بعض السيدات
ومع ذلك يمكن ان تتلخبط الدورة لاكثر من من 6 شهور بعد الولادة وهذا الامر طبيعي وخاصة اذا كنتي مرضعي ولا يمكن التنبؤ بالمعاد

رضعت لاسبوع فقط انما بقي لدي حليبطفيف حاولت انهائه يعني قصدك عادي حتى اول ٦ اشهر يكون فيه هالتقلبات ؟

نعم يعتبر طبيعي بالنسبة لرجوع الدورة بعد الورلادة لانها تتقلب وتحتاج وقت حتى يمكن ان تصل ل 6 شهور ان لم تكوني مرضعة واكثر ان كنتي مرضعة
