Treatment of stomach pain:
It depends on the cause, and to relieve pain till the right diagnosis you can use the following treatment:- Omeprazole 40 mg once daily before eating for 10 days.
Causes of stomach pain:
There are many causes of stomach pain as:- Gastritis
- Peptic ulcer
- Pancreatitis
- Chlecystitis
- Irritable bowel syndrome...etc
Diagnosis of the cause of stomach pain:
You have to visit your doctor for clinical exmination and investigations as:- CBC
- Stool analysis
- H.pylori
- ALT
- AST
- Billirubin
- Amylase
- Abdominal US
- Upper endoscope if needed...etc
