Hello sir me ronita I have the pain in my sacral L4 and L5 before I fall from the ladder and from that time such type of pain occur in my sacral in both side so plZzz can u give me some solution about this and at last I asked with doctor also told u have to make operation for that what I will do plzz I will be to grand ful if I will get the exact reason
