What is the treatment of shoulder pain 

1. conservative behavioral treatment, which is a commitment to rest and not to carry out violent movements or stressful exercises

2. Wear the shoulder pads for a temporary period to reduce the load and distribute it on the shoulder joint

3. Take painkillers when needed

4.  physiotherapy and strengthening the muscles surrounding the shoulder

5. Conduct shoulder arthroscopy in case of failure of conservative management to rece the symptoms operation to diagnose and treat the cause

6. Direct surgical operation without arthroscope

What causes the shoulder pain

1. Tighten tendons or ligaments

2. Tearing ligaments surrounding the shoulder

3. Arthritis

4. The frozen shoulder (when the joint is glued to the bone due to inflammation)

5. Break in the shoulder bone
