Is there a serious risk by taking 5 tabs of 4mg montikar ?

although its not a good action to take any medication overdose , but as reports saus , there is no serious side effects or complications if a child took overdose of montikar

What are the possible side effects of 4mg montikar  overdose ?

1. abdominal pain
2. thirst
3. headache 
4. vomiting and nausea
5. sleepiness 
6. hyper activitiy
