Massage to both legs every after day

Do some light cycling
Do some legs training under medical supervision by physiotherapy specialist
Using tread mill need time to be used after 6 month at least but walking or light running is possible from time to another.
90% of the value of the diet of proteins, whether plant or animal
30% of the value of the meal of complex carbohydrates such as bread, sweets, chocolate and others
10% of the value of the meal of animal or vegetable fats, butter and others
Eat Meals Regularly and instead of eating 3 meals a day, the main meals can be divided into 6 meals to help the body to benefit from food
Drink plenty of water every day as water helps regulate the body's work, build it and keep it dry
Exercise regularly and under the supervision of a sports trainer to guide you to exercises that help build the body
Eat supplements of vitamins and proteins provided that there is no objection to use after consulting the nutritionist
Use an appetizer
physical comfort play an important role in body building
mental comfort and avoid tension and anxiety and nervousness because of their negative role on the body building
Avoid smoking, drinking alcohol and stimulants
get enough sleep and rest every day
Eat 1 tablespoon honey with 1 cup of milk per day when waking up
