The best antibiotic is determined by doing urine culture and sensitivity test, and after taking the bculture you can start with the following treatment:- Levofloxacin 750 mg onve daily.
- Drink good amount of water ( 3 liters per day )
- Avoid salts
- Avoid smoking
Causes of penis discharge:
Such complain may be due to:- Urine tract infection
- Prostatitis
- Urine analysis
- Semen analysis and culure
- Urea
- Creatinine
