Treatment of back pain:
It depends on the cause, and till the right diagnosis you can take the following treatment:- Celecoxib 200 mg once daily for 10 days
- Diclofene gel twice daily
- Relaxon twice daily for 5 days
- Standing or sitting for long period
- Avoid lifting heavy objects
Causes of back pain:
There are many different possible causes of back pain as:- Muscle spasm
- Disc
- Vertebral inflammation
- Renal colic
- Prostate problem...etc
Diagnosis of the cause of back pain:
You have to visit an orthopedist for clinical examination and investigations as:- L.S.S x-ray
- CT ot MRI
