Can I ask because I am confused about my monthly period, I have a bad fellings
Doctor's Assistant: Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
I don't have I am scared.
Doctor's Assistant: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
I will just ask only some questions would u please answer it. My period come last month of novem. The date of 14 but it's only 4days and after that not continue in the first it's blood after a 3 days it's mix brown and red why like this?

2.Pregnancy
3.Ovualtion window

3. Sports practice and the best is swimming
4. Take vitamins such as centrum

What do we recommend ?
The brown period can be due to many reasons which are not threatening and you shouldnt worry about them ..It is just hormones (Estrogen ) RIsing causes extra blood hanging from the uterus to be brownish and watery and continue on the pill and just take analgesics if there is pain like panadol
