Amenorrhea or absent menses is defined as absent of menstrual cycle for at least three months after its regularity. Based on what you mentioned I advise the following
The commonest cause of absent menses is pregnancy so you may do pregnancy test though its unlikely due to your age
you may be going through menopause but you will experience other symptoms
if you have thyroid dysfunction you need supplements or modification drugs
if you have ovarian or uterine problem you need to check with your gunecologist
if you take drugs that cuases absent menses you should discuss with your doctor the possibilty of stoping them .
If there are other symptoms like lower abdominal pain , vaginal bleeding or discharge you can seek for medical help and do US

Uterine and vaginal inflammation
Hormonal imbalances
Thyroid and prolactine hormones imbalances
