- premature menopause (family history)
- autoimmune disease as lupus and scleroderma
what is the treatment of POF for fertility
- by stimulating the ovary to make mature follicle
- by giving clomid or HMG
- and HCG injection
we should do an ovarian reserve test to check the ability of the ovary to concieve
- Measuring FSH
- estradiol level
- ultrasound the pelvis for ovarian antral count
- and antimullerian hormon level
