I did a toxoplasma test for igg and igm at 2 different labs. The first lab gave me a grayzone igg of 2 and the second gave me a high igg of 83. I repeated the test at the same labs after a while and I got the same results again. Igm was nonreactive in all 4 tests.
Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
