Hello im 15 soon to 16 haven't got my period yet...

delayed menses called amenorrhea
now amenorrhea could be delayed till the age of 16 and consider normal
but after the age of 16 it is not normal
and if there is no breast enlargement the age of considering it abnormal reduced to 14 years old
so if your not having your period yet and your breast is growing
it is normal by this time , and it will start eventually by the age of 16
