? Treatment of Cold and Flu symptoms 

  • Have enough amout of rest and sleep from(6-8 hours
  • Eat well balanced and healthy diet 
  • Drink enough amount of fluid every day , from 2-3 liters , as Dehydration can lead to headache 
  • Take Analgesic when necessary , such as Trufen 600 twice daily
  • Apply cold compressors to your head for 15 minutes every 2-3 hours
  • If you didn't respond to the above , you shoud go to the nearest medical center for clinical assessment and evaluation
