Hello mam my question is before i was taking...

Hello mam my question is before i was taking contraceptive pills but after taking that my monthly mensuration automatically stopped and when i did my pregnancy test it was negetive i was not pregnant .I'm afraid because of that pills my mensuration was blocked.So I don't want to take the pills again. That's why i want to take contraceptive injection if possible
