7. take pain killer medications such as aspirin and paracetamol only on need , dont take more than 2 pills at time 
8. if your headache presist for longer than 6 hours daily or more than 1 weeks or new signs or symptoms appear , visit internal medicine doctor to do the medical checks and determine the causes and treatment pathways
