Dear customer , diarrhea is unlikely to be caused by the medication you take for b12 and folic acid defenciey , but it may be cause by concor as a side effects , or me be simply cause by gastric causes such as infection or life style diet , so you should the following :
1. consult your doctor ( internal medicine ) to do the needed medical examnation to determine the treatment pathway 
2. drink plenty of water to make up the water you lost in diarrhea 
3. stick to your medications which including b12 , folic acid , blood pressure medication ( concor ) 
4. medical examnation may include : physical examnation , blood test , urine test , abdominal ultrasound 

what are side effects of b12 :

1. headache 
2. itching 
3. anxiety 
4. swelling 

what are the side effects of concor :

1. general tiredness
2. headache 
3. flulike symptoms 
4. chest discomofrt 
5. diarrhea
