i also experience bloody stool which am not sure is related to the pain but i feel it isi have several colonoscopy and treatment without improvement i believe the bleeding is consequence of the pain in the abdomen and not from anything in my internal large intestine hence why the colonoscopy do not reveal the source of the pain and there is no improvement from the treatment

Dear Customer
Evaluating the answer from the top of the page after reading it helps us to improve the quality of answers and ensure that the best experts are available to help you .

Dear customer :

we will answer all of your question in this answer , but we also wish to know more about your medical condition such as sex and age and other side effects and previous treatment and diagnosis you got , beside the medical examnations you have done before , so we can gladly answer you as accurate as we can

which speciality is suitable for your medical condition :

1. internal medicine ( you have done it before )
2. surgery ( usualyl surgeon should be consulted about your medical condition by internal medicine doctor or separatly
- if you are female , you should also consult OBGYN doctor

why the colonscopy didnt reveal the source of the pain :

colonscopy isnt always to reveal the cause of the issue , and it may be used to role out some illness , and in some cases , sometimes the diagnosis may be hard to tell or need invasive pathway to find the source , so doctor may treat the symptoms only instead to avoid unnessary medical invasive examnation such as laproscopy

is the blood related to your medical condition of not :

usually blood in stool refer to an issue in gastrointes- tract , any may be related to infection or abnormal growth or intestinal lesions such as crohn`s disease , its may be not related , but its more likely to be related

can this type of medical issue be diagnosed by laproscopy :

as we mentioned earlier , invasive examnation tests are usually avoided , because its high risks and complication , and that also applies on larposcopy , but its can only be done in your emegancy situation

Kind Regards
