According to your description, you can use the following treatment:- Neomycin cream twice daily
- Tetracycline 500 mg twice daily for 10 days
Causes of pimples:
Such pimples is a type of acne, but bacterial infection occured so pimples appear.What you you have to do?
I advise you to:- Avoid removing pimples by yourself
- Avoid salts
- Drink good amount of water daily
- Avoid stress
