ovulation : is the process of ovarian follice explosion outside the ovaries and this happened in females with normal menstrual period at day 14

 

1. basal body tempreture: At time of ovulation there reduction of temp by 0.3 C then rise by 0.5  degree after day 21 due to progesterone
2. Luteal phase progesterone between day 21 to 28 day cycle , >15 ng/ml consistent with ovulation
3. LH surge : LH increases 24 hours before ovulation 
4. Endometrial Biopsy to detect the progestoron effect on uterine linning

is there anyway for gender selection
there is one way , by taking semen sample , and choose the sperm with the y chromosome
there is no specific time or specific food neither specific moves for male pregnancy or female pregnancy
