what is the difference between panalife syrup 120 and 250 ?

the difference is in the concentrayion where the dose is 10mg per kg of the child's weight in the dose , so if the child is 12 kg , he can use 5cc of the 120mg syrup and if he is more than 12 kg you might need to use the 250mg syrup according to the specific weight
