Good evening doctor, My cousin has severe allergy in dishwashing liquid,her hands and fingers are very itchy.What is the best medicine or cream for this itchiness and allergy?
Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
No not yet,she is a domestic helper and her employer told her that they will visit to a doctor but until now they are not yet going to the clinic/doctor, and she is asking me if what will I suggest to her about her allergy.
Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?

You need to use those medications;
If there is itching and wide space of skin rash in this case you need to use dexamethasone injection and also you need to use topical hydrocortisone 1%
I also recommend to use antihistamine like fexodin 120mg to ease symptoms

redness
pain
If allergy lasts you need to consult dermatologist to help you and to follow up treatment.
