I advice you ti visit a dermatologist to make the propper diagnosis ,but from your complain it seems that you have fungal skin infection
symptoms of skin infection :
1.reddness of the skin
2.shiny patches of the skin
3.itching of the skin
4. pain in the skin
5. burning sensation of the skin
diagnosis
1. taking a full history from the patient
2. clinical examination
treatment
1. personal hygeine
2. miconazole cream 3 times dialy
3.  use oral flucanazole 150mg once
