- You should consult a doctor and perform few tests that I will mention later to treat your condition
- Rest your body
- Avoid any phyiscal activity until complete recovery
- You should drink enough amount of water every day , From 2-3 liters
- You should avoid eating spicy and salty food
- You can benefit from applying Warm compressors for 15 minutes every three to four hours to relieve the pain
- Take Analgesic such as Trufen 400 three times daily
- Take Antispasmodic such as Busopan three times per day
- Apply Topical Voltaren Gel three times per day
- You need to go to the nearest medical center in the following situations
- High Grafe Fever
- Severe pain
- Limitation of movement
- Painful urination
