Treatment of red, itchy eye:
It depends on the cause, and till the right diagnosis you can use:- Dexamethazone eye drops twice daily.
Can you use tobradex?
It contain two ingrediants:- Tabromycin whic is an antibiotic
- Dexamethazone which is anti allergic
Why tobrex does not work?
It contains tabromycin only, so it covers bacterial infection only.And mostly you have an allergy, so you need dexamethzone.
