Hi. I have fever for 3 days already. Cough and colds too. I took Panadol 1g every 12 hours and Augmentin 625mg every 12 hours. Until now, my fever does not subsides. I have check my tonsils and seen white patches around. Thank you

Treatment of cough and cold:
According to your description, you may have tonsilitis, so you have to continue using the same medication but you have to take augmentin 625 mg three times daily not two times.Cause of white patches:
It may be due to fungal infection.You can take nystatin oral gel three times daily to treat such patches.
Symptoms of tonsilitis:
- Fever
- Dysphagia
- Poor appetite
- Pus discharge
- Arthralgia
